Every natural wine bar wants this on their lists but you won't see it on many... We got very lucky!

The reasoning behind the name is a wine which captures the essence of the vintage and the De Moors have expressed this perfectly. They are using grapes from different parcels across the domaine, hand harvesting grapes from vines planted in brown soil and white marl, the separate parcels of late harvested grapes are then fermented using indigenous yeasts, next malolactic fermentation before aging on the lees in used French barrels and foudres. Bottled without fining or filtering and just the tiniest touch of sulphur is added.

Because of the ultra rare unicorn wine status we shall be limiting sales to only 1 bottle per customer... Grab it while you can!
