Grown on limestone rich soils high in the upper Aude valley hills of the Languedoc, down towards the Spanish border. 

Classic expression of cremant, a great alternative to your favourite champagne. Josephine spent 9 months ageing in barrels, giving her a richer, nuttier character. Perfect as an aperitif but works great with food too.
